Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the CLIKIT apps and website run by CLIKIT (proprietor: Radhika Singh) (“CLIKIT”, “we”), of 115, Kedia’s Kothi, Sirsi Hathoj Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and give a correct name, mobile number and address.
  • Keep your phone and OTPs private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.
  • Cash on delivery and offers need a verified mobile number.
  • We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers, or abuse of our staff.

Orders and prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
  • An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation in the app. If an item is unavailable we may substitute it only with your consent, or remove it and refund you.
  • Prices, offers and delivery fees can change; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. If an obvious pricing error happens, we may cancel the order with a full refund.
  • Offers have their own conditions shown in the app and cannot be combined unless stated.

Payment

You can pay by UPI, card, net banking (processed securely by Razorpay), from the CLIKIT wallet, or by cash / UPI QR on delivery. The CLIKIT wallet can be used only on CLIKIT and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Subscriptions

Morning subscriptions renew as shown in the app. You can pause, skip a day or cancel from the app before the daily cut-off time.

CLIKIT Print

You confirm you have the right to print the files you upload and that they are not illegal. We may refuse to print unlawful or offensive content.

Restricted items

We do not sell alcohol, prescription medicines or other goods restricted by law.

Respect for our riders and staff

Our riders are never pushed to rush. Abusive or unsafe behaviour towards riders or staff can lead to the account being suspended.

Liability

We take care to deliver the right products in good condition. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at admin@clikit.in or +91 97854 34162 — most issues are solved quickly.
