Delivery (Shipping) Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver in and around Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The app checks your address and tells you if it is in our delivery area before you order.

How fast

Most orders are delivered in about 25 minutes. Our riders are never asked to rush — their safety on the road comes first, so traffic, weather or busy hours can add a few minutes. You can track your order live in the app.

Morning subscription deliveries (such as milk and bread) arrive in the morning slot shown in the app.

Delivery charges

Any delivery fee or small-order fee is shown at checkout before you pay. We deliver only from our own local store; we do not ship by courier.

Store hours

When the store is closed (for example late at night), the app shows Store closed — we will return shortly and orders can be placed once it reopens.

At the door

• Share the delivery code shown in the app with the rider to receive your order.
• If you are unreachable at the address, the order may be returned to the store and handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
