Delete your CLIKIT account

From the app

1. Open the CLIKIT app and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You cannot delete the account while an order is still on its way or a refund is being processed. Any CLIKIT wallet balance is given up when the account is deleted.

Without the app

Email admin@clikit.in from your registered email, or call +91 97854 34162 from your registered number, asking to delete your account. We complete the request within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, phone number, email, saved addresses, wishlist, notifications and devices.
• Kept without your name or contact details: invoices, payments and refunds, as required by tax and accounting law (usually 8 years).
